Motorists are in for a bumpy ride with another huge hike in fuel prices.

File: The department of energy says the adjustment of fuel prices is based on current local and international factors.The Energy Department has confirmed that petrol will increase by between R1.31 and R1.34 per litre.

From Wednesday, road users will fork out R1.34 more per litre for 93 octane unleaded petrol in Gauteng.Diesel will rise by between 82 and 83 cents a litre while illuminating paraffin will climb by 63 cents per litre.
