DStv Premiership top goal scorer Peter Shalulile has laid down his plans for the new season after being handed his KICK OFF Footballer of the Season award.
Shalulile was presented with his prize worth R25 000 on Sunday following a season in which he scored 29 goals in all competitions. The Namibian was voted the best of the lot by KICK OFF retaining an award he also won in the previous season. He also came out tops at the PSL awards taking home the Footballer of the Season, DStv Premiership Players’ Player of the Season and Top Goal scorer awards."As a player, I would want to keep working on scoring more goals because I’m an ambitious striker."I would like to thank the readers for the votes which is an appreciation of my efforts. It is never easy, but through you guys, all of this becomes possible.
The 29-year-old scored 51 goals in two seasons at Sundowns and has 70 from the past three seasons during which he has missed only 10 games at club level.
