“From these elections we realised that the confidence of the people in the ANC is returning.” - ANC deputy secretary-general Jesse Duarte after the IEC released the consolidated results of SAElectionResults2019.

These were the sentiments expressed by ANC deputy secretary-general Jesse Duarte after the IEC released the consolidated results of Wednesday’s polls.

“There is no doubt that these results show that the people appreciate our efforts so far to reconnect with them and to renew ourselves with their views. We have no doubt that more needs to be done but we are humbled by the fact that our message was received by our people.” Gauteng was the most contested province in the elections and Duarte expressed particular pleasure in the fact that the party managed to hold on to the hotly contested province.

The party’s final poll results had indicated that it would retain the province convincingly with a 56% majority.

Waahahaha

Aunty go home and be quiet. You flap your mouth without even trying to speak some sense.

😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

You lost 10,15% support in ellection even with assistance of iec? LOL

Lol

😂😂😂😂😂

“ . . . the confidence of the people in the ANC is returning”

36% of the total South African electorate does not constitute ' the people '

Jessie Duarte has turned talking absolute crap into an art form. This was a vote for Cupcake, not for Duarte, Zuma, Mabuza, Magashule, Gupta, Trillion, Mokonyane, Mantashe, or the swarm of rogues that bring up the rear.

And this is shown by the AANC losing 19 seats in Parliament? You are more stupid then I originally thought. How to turn a negative into something positive. It is people like you that have scared your previous members away! Keep it up Jesse. Next time even less votes!

Did she really say this..but these people wat do they smoke vele?

Not ANC but CyrilRamaphosa

Ohhhh xhem. Magogo o delusional

“Confidence returning”? Are you drunk?

It sounds great to hear madam Dwarte acknowledging that the people's confidence is returning! Meaning Ace's denial of Ramaphosa being the saviour is nonsensical

😂😂😂

The fact that your party (are you a party now?) has received less votes is indication you are growing? In what school were you?

Madam you and Ace went to the same International College of Denial. And graduated with Honours in Stupidity.

On Ramaphosa maybe as for you and other defenders of the looters. Hhayi!!

Smoking from same suppliers

Lock her up.

When is she gonna retire ?

yes hopefully confident that you will get the boot now

Hlaudiology

Gee. Confidence is returning ? What on earth gives her that impression ? Is it the 1.4m votes they lost, or the 19 seats in parliament they lost ? The 10% they lost in KZN, stronghold Zuma ? Or is it the gains the FF+, EFF and IFP made ? 🙄🤣🤡

How ? Did she do maths in High school ? Even if it was standard grade ? How does 62% to 57% portray confidence ?

Hlaudi George Motsoeneng is NOT alone in the madness. Decline in every province is hardly a confidence.

Certainly not confidence in Jesse Duarte

Hlaudi, is that you?

Nonsense, you drop below 60% from the previous national elections and claiming a return of the confidence.

She is high.

U fell below 60℅ and still talk about confidence, your supporters in the meantime are evicted from the farms by the baas,go check the situation Duarte

Having heard this aunties talk, I sincerely hope the spineless anc do something about the corrupt individuals in the party. All talk and no action. Mark my word.
