These greedy banks just need to deactivate and close the scammers' accounts, just like how they did with the Guptas. They didn't need any prompting to do that
Trying is the correct word... These people don't want to resolve the issue. This is something which can be simple resolved by blacklisting account numbers being credited with this fraudulent transactions... Yet they opt to load stop orders against reference numbers
