My matter was not resolved after I spent days at home affairs and paid a lot of money. The incompetence of the people their managers and those at head office who do not know what they are doing, giving people wrong forms and becoming arrogant when qoistioned. My matter was not 😭

Matter lodged in 2016 was told it will take a year and half, early 2018 I made contact as there was no update. Was told there is a document missing. Document was submitted again. Late 2018 got a call to there are more documents missing, irritated asked them to cancel the request.

Visit Bloemfontein Home Affairs 3 times. Twice out in 30 minutes. Other time finger trouble with ID Photos. Personnel in general helpfull.

It was packed they told me to come another day because they cuts lines at 12:00:00 then I went to the FNB branch, I didn’t even take an hour

A lot my dear. My girl was born in SA my wife and I we are both PR holder but mgigaba has changed the law on the Bith Cerificate and i have applied for TRV accompaning visas for her she is 2 years now, i am waiting for more than 6 months. The service is very bad.
