Following Cameroon’s emphatic victory on Tuesday evening, they became the 24th and final side to book their place at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

All 24 nations for next year's Africa Cup of Nations have officially been confirmed.

Goals from Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo, RC Lens' Christopher Wooh and national legend Vincent Aboubakar secured a comprehensive 3-0 victory over the east African nation. This past weekend, minnows Mauritania also confirmed their place at the next iteration of AFCON in Ivory Coast after they beat Gabon 2-1 to join group-toppers Democratic Republic of Congo, who themselves booked their ticket to west Africa in January following a 2-0 win over Sudan.
