“Jabu Mabuza doesn't qualify, he doesn't have experience including the CEO of Eskom [Phakamani Hadebe]. The CEO of Eskom has 0 knowledge of energy,”The police's crime intelligence unit is investigating possible acts of sabotage by workers at the power utility.
