Kaizer Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki is wary and issues a strong warning to his troops against taking an improved AmaZulu lightly.

Chiefs claimed a 3-0 win over Usuthu, AmaZulu in the two sides’ previous meeting in the DStv Premiership this term.Despite that convincing win, Ntseki is fully aware a cup game can go either way and he points out why AmaZulu can be dangerous.Coached by Pablo Franco Martin, the Durban-based AmaZulu sits eleventh on the log table with two wins from eight matches, but Ntseki can’t read into that.

“When I look back and reflect, they gave us a very tough game. On the day, the plan worked for us, and we managed to get the three goals.Just like Chiefs, AmaZulu succumbed to a loss before the FIFA international break – they were beaten by Steve Komphela’s Moroka Swallows.Born in the Free State, Ntseki also urges his critics to give him time because he will bring glory back to the fallen Soweto giants.
