NPA spokesperson Pindi Mjonondwane said there is not enough evidence at the moment to prove a prima facie case. Mjonondwane said there is uncertainty on the causes of death in relation to the unlawful acts of the roleplayers. Waste.of time as we have been told there is no basis for a succeful prosecution.

WHY?! Millions have already been spent on a judicial investigation & NONE of the arrogant, callous ANCDeployees responsible for the deaths have been held accountable, let alone been prosecuted! They are all STILL being protected by their party the ANC, as they are loyal cadres!

When NPA says we don't have enough evidence to prosecute. I am shocked.

Stop calling it Life Esidimeni. The Hospitals were not the culprits here! The Gauteng Health Department was the culprit!

Useless NPA What a travesty! Absolutely disgusting. There's a saying 'Justice delayed is Justice denied' and this seem to be the order of the day in South Africa. If you hold on long enough, you increase the chance of not being prosecuted; as evidence will inevitably disappear or be tampered with.
