The Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department says the tender to repair or supply speed cameras in the city closed earlier this month, and they're hoping to have the issue resolved by the end of June.

Syntell the Service Provider for Camera system for City of Johannesburg withdrew their contract last year around September/October due to City of Johannesburg not having funds to pay the Company.. So you can have tickets from January to October 2021.. Hope this helps
