New law proposes scrapping BEE in South Africa – and replacing it with a new model

Whatever we are doing isn't working unless you're a politically connected elite so we got to try something else. All the unemployment, economic and inequality evidence has been one-way so BEE has NEVER worked. Doubling down is not a strategy for something with a 100% fail rate.
