When Phathutshedzo Nange parted ways with Kaizer Chiefs at the end of last season, he was understandably disappointed as his was not a long and successful spell with the side due to lack of regular gametime. The midfielder had been with the Soweto giants for just two campaigns, having joined from Stellenbosch FC, where he had a successful stay under coach Steve Barker.
With Nange still having another year to run on his contract, some may say there will still be more time for him to prove his worth, although others may suggest he will have to start adding to his numbers to convince the Tshwane outfit to keep him beyond the current season. The Siya crew casts an eye on possible options for the midfield strongman as the 2023/24 campaign nears resumption.
