Msunduzi municipal manager 'shocked' at ANC councillor's WhatsApp broadcast

An ANC ward councillor has landed in hot water after sending a message telling residents not to allow municipal workers to take readings on their water meters.Msunduzi municipality manager Lulamile Mapholoba is shocked after Ward 17 ANC councillor Mphilisi Ndlovu allegedly encouraged residents to refuse municipal workers access when they want to read water meters and told them to"squeeze/strengthen" the stubborn ones"until they learn respect".
