JOHANNESBURG - Mpumalanga Premier Refilwe Mtsweni-Tsipane has finally seen the error of her ways.This is after being adamant that she did not break the law when she went without a mask at the funeral of Jackson Mthembu, on Sunday.She's since apologised to President Cyril Ramaphosa and Deputy President David Mabuza.She's also buying a thousand masks to be distributed in eMalahleni, to demonstrate just how remorseful she is.
Under the National Disaster Management Act, a person can be fined up to R1,500 for failing to wear a mask following a warning from a police officer.
