Motive for killing of EFF candidate councillor still unknown - police

Tshangase was shot dead in Pietermaritzburg on Sunday as he was returning from an EFF campaign meeting.

He said,"where he was killed, we know that they were taking some drinks, that includes the other two people that were killed. So we do need to take a look at this issue that alcohol sometimes can be really a generator of crime situations like this one where we lost lives."
