uMkhonto weSizwe Party founder Jabulani Khumalo has told the Constitutional Court he has not resigned as the party’s leader, and says he suspects a letter confirming his purported exit was forged by Jacob Zuma’s daughter Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla .
"I reasonably suspect that she forged it or is aware of the person that forged it because I have been informed by the IEC that it was sent to them by her," he stated in an affidavit filed at the apex court on Thursday.
