Ministers no-show at Parly meeting over Eskom debt

CAPE TOWN - A no-show by ministers has sparked the anger of Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts .

But the meeting was adjourned after the committee was told Dlamini-Zuma could not be present as she had another meeting, Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan was abroad and Eskom chairperson Jabu Mabuza could also not be present.

Apathy is alive and well in SA politics.......no surprises there 🙄

The ordinary South African will pay the price years from now while the political elite will say like Baleka Mbete 'I didn't Know'...They will say 'We didn't know'
