Eskom is in crisis and owed billions in municipal debt but not one minister available to brief the watchdog over public spending, Scopa.

CAPE TOWN - A no-show by ministers has sparked the anger of Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts .

But the meeting was adjourned after the committee was told Dlamini-Zuma could not be present as she had another meeting, Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan was abroad and Eskom chairperson Jabu Mabuza could also not be present.
