CAPE TOWN - Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has apologised to Western Cape train commuters after the service was suspended on Thursday.

He was celebrating purchase of 100s of German high performance cars in December. He is going to apologise for trains without brake pads when ppl are dying on the rail tracks.
