Zandi .An emotional Zandile Khumalo-Gumede told the court that she hid inside the bathroom but had a glimpse of Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana skipper Senzo Meyiwa as he crawled towards the dining area after the gun-wielding intruder allegedly fired the fatal shot that led to his untimely death.
With trembling hands, Khumalo-Gumede said she heard three shots being fired as she took refuge inside the bathroom when chaos erupted as two intruders allegedly entered her mother’s house in Vosloorus, Ekurhuleni, on October 26 2014 and demanded cash and cellphones.
