This, of course, does not mean grants should not be efficiently managed, but that expectations of pooled revenue will just mean a larger pot of limited means for a larger set of communities. In other words, there will be no more available to individual residents.
We could also get rid of the criminal enterprise masquerading as a political party known as the ANC. They are the biggest impediment to good governance and sustainability.
