Mendu urges Kaizer Chiefs to clinch CAF Champions League spot

Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Jabulani Mendu has encouraged the Soweto giants to clinch a CAF Champions League place after their impressive win over Chippa United on Saturday.

Chiefs sealed a scintillating 3-1 turnaround win at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium to stay in contention to finish in second place behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.KickOff"Because if we can look at the performance, it's too late for that, I mean how many games are left before the season ends. "I'm just happy they collected three points which was important for them because Royal AM are showing no signs of slowing down."I think what's important right now is they need to remind themselves, 'Guys it doesn't matter how you play as long as we collect the three points, we are going to fix everything next season."On whether they should change the technical team or not, unfortunately, that's not in my control.
