Meditate in Durban this Freedom Day

Meditate in Durban, a non-profit organisation, is hosting a Freedom Day fundraiser and you get a burger out of it. But that's not all you get! You also get to enjoy an inspiring talk, which will set you up for a walk in the nearby beautiful Westville eco-trails. The walk is optional, but getting out and into nature is always a great thing. You only realise its benefits after the fact...The great part is that there will also be games and crafts available for the kids during the meditation class, so you can bring them along for a fun day.
