JOHANNESBURG – Finance Minister Tito Mboweni said on Wednesday he was making available an additional R63 million in funding for the Zondo commission of inquiry into state capture in one of the rare new in-year allocations in his medium-term budget policy statement.
The work of the commission has gained increased practical relevance through a special presidential proclamation that allows the National Prosecuting Authority access to the evidence it has gathered. The past month has seen a spate of high-profile corruption arrests, with many more promised.

If he put that money, currently how much money was recovered by zondo or zondo is another name to act like you hate corruption or its has been established for personal revenge on politicians.
Commissions... other mechanism of looting directly deemed to be good as to produce good results in the end but truth is after this fewer people will be rich (NO arrests) sadreality is the poor will forever craving for better future...

Waste of state resources. They have done nothing to recover money wasted by Vytjie Mentor, Trevor Manuel, Pumla Williams, Jimmy Manyi et al when they just came to talk trash. Then there were so called 'International experts' who took close to a week defining 'State capture'.
tito_mboweni must think of the strategy that when money has been used to investigate corruption, those found guilty should over& above paying back what they've looted also pay back all the money used to investigate them. We can be spending money to recover stolen money MTBPS
