Some relief for Joburg residents as the Mayor Dada Morero on Thursday announced the return regular flow of water pressure as reservoirs start filling up.

JOHANNESBURG - Joburg residents can expect some relief after Mayor Dada Morero on Thursday announced the return of regular water flow pressure as reservoirs started filling up.The city's Virgil James said upon investigation, they found that reserves were still far from capacity, however, they now had enough water to gradually start supplying affected areas again.

“However, the situation is being monitored and as long as Rand Water doesn’t experience any problems the city should be able to manage its water supply for residents.”

Mr Jojo.. tanks already filling?

Abekade encishiswelani?... DA things the whole country is their Israel like Western Cape

Filling up with water from where? Where is this mystery water coming from?

Rubbish, don’t bulldust the people. We still on water shedding

The useless ANC mayor wanted people to believe it was him that solved the water issue... go back to looting ANC cadre.

The mayor cancelled his visit to the Crown Gardens reservoir despite this reservoir still not supplying water as has been the case for 5 days. It’s high time that EWN report correctly on the water status instead of just quoting officials who are distant from reality!

I wonder what he did that DA mayor could not do

JHBWater Sorry maybe rephrase that still no water in Honeydew / Northwold area (Ward 134)
