Mandela ended 'pension apartheid', now NHI will end 'apartheid healthcare'

The late statesman Nelson Mandela ended"pension apartheid" - and the polarising National Health Insurance seeks to do the same for"apartheid healthcare".

This was President Cyril Ramaphosa's message to ANC supporters on Sunday, after half-a-week of differing feedback about the NHI, which he signed into law on Wednesday.
