Mandla"Mampintsha" Maphumulo is due to appear in the dock in the Pinetown Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo is expected back in the Pinetown Magistrate's court on Wednesday on charges relating to the assault of his girlfriend Babes Wodumo.
At the time of his first court appearance Mampintsha - who was facing a barrage of social media sentiment over the alleged abuse - told journalists outside the courthouse that he wanted the police to investigate Babes as well. The pair split up after the assault video. However social media was up in arms in recent weeks after rumours made the rounds that the two were back together.

Despite claims of dropped charges, Mampintsha is still heading to courtWodumo Last week Mampintsha's manager, Lindo Buthelezi, said the pair was back together and confirmed that Mampintsha had dropped his assault case against Babes. Perhaps they should both be charged for malicious prosecution of each other, and wasting state resources and time? Or they both need intensive therapy perhaps, and I hope not to be coming across as judgemental.

So only one complainant. Even so, what Mandela said there is right. Religious freedoms especially in that area. That mosque was there for ages. Mandela really should just shut it and find a real job.
