at the University of Johannesburg’s Soweto campus are under way with Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng saying Madiba had exemplified the willingness to learn and improve.He says Madiba remains the country’s key role model in facing down challenges and working for a better country.
Earlier in his opening remarks, the Mandela Foundation’s chairperson Njabulo Ndelebe said South Africa had made history with its ground-breaking bill of rights more than 20 years ago. He said the Bill of Rights was an indigenous creation – and was pioneered by those seeking to liberate South Africa – including black lawyers and community activists.

We need to start moving away from characterising Madiba as a Saint. He was a human being like all of us, and there are many good human beings like him who are role models, about whom we never hear.
This narrative needs to be improved to 'MADIBA REMAINS ONE OF SOUTH AFRICA'S...' Let's avoid expressions which tries to make this great giant something better or different to the likes of OR Tambo, Albertina Sisulu & Walter Sisulu. He wouldn't like it him own self!
Especially that he was not addicted to corruption like the current myanc leaders.
