Deputy President David Mabuza has said that it was only logical that he step down as the country’s second in command, having failed to make a comeback as President Cyril Ramaphosa’s deputy in the ANC at its national conference in December

.

All indications over the past week have pointed to Mabuza’s imminent resignation, including his apparent preparations to leave office and the move by ANC deputy president Paul Mashatile to join Parliament, alongside other national executive committee members who are poised for Cabinet appointments.

‘Stop cartoonish ideas’ – Cosatu to government on Tottenham Hotspur R1bn saga | City PressSA Tourism is forging ahead with the Tottenham Hotspur proposed deal while federations calls on Ramaphosa to take cognisance of such 'nonsensical ideas' ahead of expected Cabinet reshuffle. Sophie_Mokoena haven't seen nothing yet, these fellows are really out of ideas nor conscience, will do recklessly foolish things. That we're divided over their silly ideas of sponsorships when there's so much, mostly basics that remain unattended is exactly a sign of govt simply on no purpose. Like the 3% wage increase to public servants Most South Africans don’t understand how much money R1billion is. Consider this. There is 1 million seconds in about 12 days. To reach 1 billion second with take almost 34 years. Yet these amounts get stolen in our government as if it is nothing. Sad indeed 🥴
