CAPE TOWN - The Standing Committee on Public Accounts is being briefed by the Deputy Minister of Public Enterprises and the South African Express liquidators on the process of liquidation at the airline. The North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria found that the provisional liquidators of SA Express are allowed to sell and transfer property of the state-owned airline.
