Dodson says the appointment of Special Master in the labour tenants case - where over 10 000 land claims had been left to stagnate for two decades - can be an effective way for the court to ensure that such claims are effectively dealt with.

As he did in his first Constitutional Court interview, Dodson is facing a lot of questions on his work with land claims.Zondo completes his questions. He says his first seven years at the Bar involved working on the resolution of land claims in war-torn Kosovo.
