LIVE | Health minister briefs SA on the latest Monkeypox, Covid-19 developments

ANALYSIS: Fixing South Africa’s imploding public health system – time to take over from the politiciansOur public health system is imploding. From some parts of the country, stories of hospital failure are so common they no longer evoke a public response. But that’s cold comfort for patients who die or suffer unnecessarily. What is to be done? In this article, I look at the health system ‘after’ Covid and argue that it’s time health workers and users took control from the politicians. An excellent article, thank you.
