Nonsense. He can’t charge anyone. He can ensure a case is opened and an investigation carried out. The NPA then decide on charges and justice takes its course. ENCA needs to get a reporter who has an understanding of the legal process.

I can't wait to see when the family sue Gauteng Department of Education on this matter. The school and department will start blaming each other.
Eish ku tricky. MEC of Education laying a charge against a school under his department is like saying is not our problem. I am someone in the GDE knows about the bad stories of these camps every year but nothing was done to put a monitoring systems.
