An urgent application to court has been made to prevent the handover of part I of the state capture report, saying President Cyril Ramaphosa has been “implicated by many witnesses”.

Democracy In Action says in court papers President Cyril Ramaphosa was 'implicated' by witnesses and should not be the one to receive the reportNGO Democracy In Action has approached the high court to prevent the hand over of the state capture report by acting chief justice Raymond Zondo, pictured, to President Cyril Ramaphosa. The organisation has asked the high court to interdict the hand over pending part B of its case, in which it wants the court to order that the report be delivered to Deputy President David Mabuza. There was also evidence led before the commission that Ramaphosa was “the shareholder” at Glencore, a contractor to Eskom – also “central” to some of the evidence led, he said.

I know we all probably might have heard about Bitcoin but don't know how it works, I tried it in a week ago by a man who recommended me to TraderMNelisi on Twitter she guides me through and i made a return of $10500 after a week of trading, connect with her TraderMNelisi

Mxm! It's already printed. They are binding and properly indexing it for delivery. Nothing will prevent that

Should the lower court rule is favor of the applicant, it will be an embarrassment for Zondo and it will bring further questions on his suitability to become the Chief Justice of the country.

I support the application. Cyril appeared in the commission, so he can't be handed the report from the same commission. Conflict of interest.
