DURBAN – A Durban woman who survived a car crash on the N2 this morning, was knocked and killed while searching for her cellphone.
"The driver of the overturned vehicle informed the reaction officer that he was travelling with his girlfriend from Pinetown to Cornubia. “Emergency Services began clearing the scene when the female decided to search for her missing cellphone. She was struck by an unknown vehicle which was travelling on the extreme right lane.”“The woman landed approximately 50m away from the point of impact. Medics were called back to the scene and the female was pronounced deceased on their arrival.”
I was soooo confused untilI read the article... she survived the actual car accident... but then got knocked over looking for her phone after the initial accident... that’s when she died

Highways are very dangerous, people must take extra care. A car might look like it's far but given the speed limit is 120k/h, it quickly gets nearby and you are stuck in front of the car. Apart from the fact that people exceed 120k/h anyway. MHSRIP.
