KPMG has apologised repeatedly for its role in some of South Africa’s largest corruption scandals, which have damaged the reputation of one of the world’s biggest audit firms.

You are more guilty then the actual corrupt thieves. The unspuspected victims relied on your due diligence to confirm trust in investing with entities. Your failure and complicity aided the corrupt. You should actually be held liable for your actions.

Question is, how is KPMG going to do differently to avoid being in the similar situations.

When I worked for a charity in London 17 years ago they gave a clean audit to the charity although no money ever got paid into the pension fund but was taken from workers wages. So sorry if I hope they go down the toilet.
