The National Prosecuting Authority in the province has declined to prosecute Advocate Downer after a criminal charged was laid.
Zuma alleges that the release of the information and the publication thereof in the media were in contravention of the National Prosecuting Act. A journalist giving information on someone's private medical history should not be allowed. She should answer for it. But then again, if this is the law, then how can companies enforce vaxx mandates which should be private medical information 🙄. Either it is private or it's not.
