Delivering the outcomes of Wednesday’s NEC meeting, ANC head of organising, Nomvula Mokonyane said: “As we are all aware, the NEC met yesterday to finalise the January 8 statement. We were honoured to have been joined by our two former presidents, comrades Thabo Mbeki and Jacob Zuma, who continue to be the fountain of wisdom for our movement.”
Mokonyane said ANC, Cosatu and SA Communist Party national office bearers were on Thursday participating in a meeting to “reflect on the much-anticipated government vaccine roll-out plan”.
