Zambian match official Janny Sikazwe stole the headlines at Afcon 2021 when he prematurely ended the group-stage match between Tunisia and Mali twice on 12 January.Sikazwe first blew for full-time five minutes before the end of the regulatory 90 minutes, when the Eagles of Carthage were a 1-0 down with a one-man advantage.
Tunisia's coaching staff and players were left furious, with their technical team storming on to the field to confront the referee, who ended up needing security to escort him off the pitch.

One of the responsibility of the fourth official is to be reserve refree, that is being called to officiate when the need arise. He should have informed the fourth official to finish the game rather than embarrassing CAF.This refree never ceases to surprise me.
