Livingstone Hospital in Port Elizabeth is supposedly a key institution in the fight again Covid-19 in the Eastern Cape. But doctors have painted a picture of dirty wards, human waste, beds without sheets and naked patients.

This hospital is a good hospital however im of the opinion that here is a serious lack of support among other things because i know if doctors and nurses at this hospital that work their backsides off!
