Bafana coach challenges journalists to advise where he went wrong and be accountable for their behaviour

Irate Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter lashed out at the media after he was asked for an explanation for the national team’s performance at the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

“You could choose to go down the routes Jose Mourinho or Arsene Wenger went down, but they’re football people‚ they’re not media people. You could choose that. “I’m thinking that is there any point? I’ve just come back and the final question is should I be sacked or when are you going to take responsibility for the things that go wrong.

“Do you take responsibility for that if that fella dies? I walk away then having no responsibility for anything.“You can ask me and I’ll say yes, but that won’t be the first time you ask that question and not the first time you’ve asked me a negative question.

If the first stage of direction comprises of the defensive tactics you used I foresee disaster. Bafana will be easily defeated by opponents This fellow can't be serious, he found the team on top of the group in the world cup qualifiers and lost twice to Cape Verde. If that is the direction he is talking about then he is lost....
