JOHANNESBURG - Initiation season will be suspended, according to the National House of Traditional Leaders.“These are desperate times and they call for desperate measures, they call for hard for decision,” said Inkosi Sipho Mahlangu of the National House of Traditional Leaders.However, the decision is not enjoying consensus yet - especially in the Eastern Cape.
“All provinces have heeded the call, fortunately the king of AmaXhosa has suspended initiation the executive provincial committee is of the view that initiation must be suspended.
