INFOGRAPHIC: The royals ranked from most to least favourite by the British public

Cape Town – We've all got our favourite actors, singers – royals too – but the stats are in, and the people have spoken. Internet-based market research and data analytics company,No surprise here – Queen Elizabeth tops the list as the most popular royal, but interestingly comes in second to Prince William as the most famous.

Queen Elizabeth II took the throne in 1952 and celebrated her diamond jubilee in 2012. That means she's been Britain's queen for 67 years, making her the longest reigning monarch in British history.
