The video showing a party agent assisting with the transfer of special votes in their double envelopes from a ballot bag caused a bit of confusion on Twitter. The IEC said, the transfer of special votes from bags to ballot boxes is normal procedure, however, the handling of any electoral material by any party agent is strictly prohibited.Check and verify the seals on the ballot boxes to ensure they are intact before the boxes are opened.Witness the completion of the result forms and add their signatures.

Do these electoral officials not receive sufficient training from the IEC?!

So they put them to another station so that they can still ballots voting is useless for me I'm not even going to bother leaving my bed
