Have you tried Elephant’s Eye Cave hike? If you haven’t, you should — and your dog can come too! Details about the magnificent experience here:

If you’re looking for a calm but beautiful hiking adventure to try this winter, then Elephant’s Eye Cave deserves a spot on your calendar.

Your Elephant’s Eye journey can start at Silver Mine Nature Reserve, where you can zoom your way to its beginning in your car via Ou Kaapse Weg cutting out the steeper version of the trail, or take the road less travelled and start from Tokai Arboretum. You can expect tantalising views of Cape Town, clusters of pine trees, a running river to take a break and of course the fabulous cave where you can sit and enjoy the great lighting for all those photos you’ll take, and the flora that reside there.
