The Right2Know Campaign on Wednesday said it was pleased with the outcome of Pretoria High Court ruling which set aside the findings of the Seriti inquiry into the multi-billion rand arms deals.

“The R30bn has ballooned to R65bn over the years and the money could have been spent in different ways. Going forward, it means that no one can rely on the report.““Where there is sufficient evidence, we will see prosecution,” he said.
