Harvey Weinstein's lawyers claim he will die in prison if not released | Channel

He was found guilty of third-degree rape and a first-degree criminal sexual act in New York earlier this year. His legal team have since campaigned to free him from prison, saying his"chances of surviving" his sentence is"rather low" due to on-going health issues.

I know of a few South African crooks who used the same excuse......and they are still ‘dying’.

And that's perfectly ok!
