It's been a while since Aunty Merle paid us a visit. Cape Town comedian Marc Lottering is bringing our favourite Cape-coloured aunty back on stage where she'll probably be baking a lemon meringue even while 'Things Get Real' at home:

It’s been an eventful two years, Aunty Merle survived Covid and has just about navigated her way around Load Shedding. But things are about to get real. Really real. Her husband Dennis has been keeping a secret from her. So secretive has Dennis been, that it’s affected his heart and his doctor advises him to come clean.

Aunty Merle’s world is about to be shaken and her spirits may sink even lower than her already sunken couch. With all the laughs and the tears , it’s a show you wouldn’t want to miss.In true hilarious Marc Lottering style, he pinned a comment to his own post saying “Maaf I made a oopsie on the flyer.
