George building collapse: Labour Department to pursue legal action against developer

Minister of Employment and Labour Thulas Nxesi conducted a site visit to the area on Thursday and engaged with rescuers.

On Thursday, the department's provincial chief inspector, David Esau, said they have been trying to contact Morgan-Wilson Construction and the developers, NeoTrend, to no avail.
