Gabuza Court Matter Ends

Charges against former TS Galaxy forward Thamsanqa Gabuza have been withdrawn in court today, the Siya crew has learnt.

Gabuza, 36, has had a case of malicious damage to property and alleged rape against him after his ex-girlfriend reported him to the police recently. In one of the previous court appearances, the football star pleaded poverty when the court set his bail at R3 000. Gabuza was released from Galaxy last month where a lack of game time was cited for that decision. With much of the season remaining, the former Orlando Pirates player will be looking for a new club.
