'esidimeng' a mental health care; patients were mistreated and results in death in his watch. Is this caused by foreigners

1st world countries in Europe cannot cope with the influx of foreigners.....what is SA then......this government is failing us,

If Minister you can allow us to do statistics for all foreign patients using public health facilities...........bcs what you are saying is a fact......it's just that people now want numbers

Its too late, the damage has already been done.

Lizonya we are here to stay...nyi nyi!!

...

True. They must go home

Julius_S_Malema what's your take mthungameli

The problem of south Africa is not foreign nationals. The problem is the south African government himself. It's a leadership problem. When they fail to provide good governance they blame on foreigners to avoid responsibility.

How did the foreigners get here? Your clueless party removed border patrol and employed incompetent cadres to oversee immigration. All civilized countries have control systems in place for immigration except your country SA. The worst is yet to come!

That's a fact, no country in the world provides health care to foreign nationals and why should we Hell no ways.

Notwithstanding different opinions on what Dr Motsoaledi said, I agree with what he said about foreigners. They are giving birth like goats thus depleting SAns' resources. It's time kwerekweres return to their countries. Nthogeng ke buile

There are many so called foreign nationals who are here legally. Surely government must have or have had a plan for this. It’s not like all the ‘foreign’ nationals fell from the sky and became sick in one day. This cannot be an excuse for poor healthcare facilities

It's you that allowed the F Nationals to be able to get health care, it's in the constitution and everyone has rights, why now contradicting your statements it's you that needs to move aside and let us all have a new Health Minister maybe all the older ministers must retire.

That's the sad reality and it's not the health system. Even education, housing etc

The ones high up can't control finances and proper leadership in the health system, but Mr of HealthZA wants to uniformly blame it on foreigners?! Oncology crisis in KZN, multiple changes of drugs to cheaper ones, employing people that are not competent enough is to be blamed

But that is true, I have seen Lesotho national crossing borders so that they can access clinics in SA.

They must go Back were they coming from!!!

Really reason is corruption. Not fellow Africans...

Poor service delivery is caused by foreign nationals... Stop making a fool of yourself Mr minister. Corruption is roting the country. statecapture
